Concentration
One dose of 2 capsules contains 6 mg of rosavins and 3.86 mg of eugenol.

Administration
Adults 2 capsules in the morning. You can also take 2 capsules in the afternoon for extra support.

Other ingredients: vegetable glycerine, vegan capsule (hypromellose), water and olive oil.

Not included: Maize, dairy, gluten, nuts, shellfish, soya, sugar, yeast. All Gaia Herbs products are tested for pesticides, microbes and heavy metals.

Important to know: rose-scented horseradish is not suitable for use in people with bipolar disorder.

Composition	Blend of extracts [wild oat seed extract (Avena sativa), holy basil (Ocimum sanctum), Chinese lemon balm (Schisandra chinensis), ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera)], rose-scented horseradish extract (Rhodiola rosea), glycerin, water, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), olive oil.
Recommended daily dosage	Adults 2 capsules in the morning. As a supplement, 2 capsules in the afternoon. Contains 30 servings per container.
Daily dosage contains	Golden Root Extract – 120mg Holy Basil – 32mg Mixture of extracts – 520mg
Contraindictions	Rose-scented root (Rhodiola rosea) is not suitable for use in people with bipolar disorder. Keep out of reach of children. Use only according to the instructions on the packaging. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always keep the bottle closed, in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Capsules may show natural separation, which does not affect the quality of the product.
